The bottom line

POPSTRAP runs as a limited, numbered, made-to-order drop. Production starts after a drop closes, in fixed quantities that are never restocked. For this reason:

  • We do not offer exchanges, refunds or returns for change of mind beyond the legal 14-day withdrawal period.
  • Your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union are fully preserved — nothing in this policy is intended to limit them.

1. Statutory right of withdrawal — 14 days

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, pursuant to Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

How to exercise this right:

  1. Send an unambiguous written notice of withdrawal to contact@popstrap.shop before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form available in our Terms of Sale.
  2. Return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us.
  3. Send to: RANK SAS — 63 bis Boulevard de Metz, 35700 Rennes, France. Please indicate your order number on the parcel.

Conditions for refund:

  • The product must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, in its original condition, with original packaging, card sleeve, hangtags and any accessories intact.
  • Any product showing signs of wear, scratches, dirt, alteration, perfume residue, body oils, missing packaging or tags will be refused. Refused returns are sent back to you at your own cost.
  • Return shipping is at your own cost (Art. L221-23 of the French Consumer Code) and risk. We recommend using a tracked service.
  • You are liable for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and proper functioning (Art. L221-23 al. 3).

Refund timing: If conditions are met, we refund the price of the product (excluding outbound and return shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

2. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
  • goods which, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • goods which have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

3. Outside the 14-day window

Beyond the 14-day legal withdrawal period, we do not accept returns and no refund is granted for change of mind, regret, or any other non-warranty reason. This commercial policy is justified by our limited-edition, made-to-order model.

4. Damaged or defective items — legal warranties

If your product arrives damaged or develops a defect covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, 2 years) or the warranty against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, 2 years from discovery), please contact us at contact@popstrap.shop within a reasonable time, including:

  • order number;
  • clear photos or video of the issue;
  • a description of the problem.

Where the claim is justified, we will, depending on the case, repair the product, replace it, or refund it, in accordance with the law. Slight variations in finish, colour and weave that are inherent to handmade production are not considered defects.

5. POPSTRAP Lifetime Repair — a commercial extra

As a goodwill commercial warranty in addition to legal warranties, we offer to repair workmanship issues (frayed cord, stuck slider, hardware fatigue) at our atelier for the lifetime of the product, free of charge. The Customer ships the product to us at their own cost; we cover the return. This commercial warranty does not replace and does not limit your statutory rights.

6. Lost, undelivered or stolen parcels

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at contact@popstrap.shop within 14 days of the reported delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Outcomes depend on the carrier's findings.

If the parcel was returned to us due to a wrong or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, unclaimed parcel at pick-up point, or failure to pay customs, we will refund the product price minus shipping and return-handling fees, or re-ship at your cost.
